Phoenix at Tanpits

The Phoenix Sidecar Club Tanpits camping weekend.

A “Handy” Man to know……..

The phoenix bird symbolizes immortality, resurrection and life after death, and in ancient Greek and Egyptian mythology it is associated with the sun god. According to the Greeks, the bird lives in Arabia, near a cool well, not in Taunton.

The owners of the above outfit, known as The Gin Tasting Team.

Sliding canopy conversion.

The Shark didn’t turn up on his new Royal Enfield 350 classic, apparently they have to be run in. Thought that was a thing of the past. My 300 Honda was thrashed around a race track from new for the first 400 miles.

One of those big wing things.

M1500 and RX4

They made me do it, style but no fence.

Woke up for breakfast in the middle of “Storm Antoni” honest, all hell was forecast for Saturday, yes we did get a shower around lunch time but the rest of the day was OK.

The new Wine O’Clock gong. Wine O’Clock is 4 O’clock. This was made by a bored pensioner.

Here are a few Trikes that attended.

The “Taunton Trike Man”

Tanpits camping and cider farm, I can recommend the camping, as for the cider, I know a bloke in North Wales who produces some really ruff cider that takes the enamel of ya teef, all I can say is, that is better.

Thanks to “The Shark” for some of the pictures
