Wet and Windy

Before the storm a couple of pics from the Kickstart Rally https://www.ogrimcc.org/ sent in by Jim

Now for the calm before storm at the Frozen Nuts Rally.

My farm house B and B on the Thursday.

Four seater.

The customary Ural Outfit.

Wet seat in the morning I think.

The all important coffee.

Arrived at the pub in style.

We visited a few establishments, The Hop Inn, Bridge St Ale House, Artisan Tap, The Sanctuary Ale House, Wellers (Dave’s favourite), Ten Green Bottles, The HopWater Cellar and we did pop into the “Spoons” this was just for coffee….

Remove plastic bag before start.

Proper bike.

Early hours where are the tents?

The car camper section!! yes some, quite a few retired to there cars or the club house during the night I think.

The site was littered with destroyed tents.

My tent, the old Vango Equinox, now has pre-curved poles but amazingly survived storm https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2020/02/09/storm-ciara-hits-britain-mph-wind-rain-travel/

It was a very exciting ride home, I was glad I was three wheels, will await the tales of this years Dragon rally which was on the same weekend.
