The Frozen Nuts Rally

All I can say is the Frozen Nuts Rally lived up to its name this year with a dusting of snow and temperatures of minus 5.

Once sorted we headed into Newcastle and checked out a few pubs

Once back at the site it was time to try out the beers available, all very good, one thing you are guaranteed at the Frozen Nuts Rally is good beer.

It was a chilly start to the Saturday morning.

We took a stroll around the field and saw this cracking Enfield, now that is what I call “crash bars”. It was then time to pop back into Newcastle under Lyme and check out a few more pubs.

There was catering onsite and the Pizza van looked to be doing a roaring trade, good band providing the entertainment in the large room upstairs and the beer barrels had been changed (the others that where on, on the Friday, had all been consumed)

Again it was a chilly start on the Sunday and it was a case of packing a frozen tent! Although the sun did thaw out one side.

Many thanks to the Danger Mouse Club for all there hard work, see you next year.
