The Brugge Rally, a short report from Michael

Tasty EML Outfit

The time is 0715am on Friday the 14th May, had a light breakfast at work (yes l still go to work, but only for 18 hours 45 minutes per week) my next brunch was at 1125am leaving Dover for France.

On the Sea France ferry l started chatting to Dan & Claire from Canada,  http://www.scruffnmuffin.com  going overland to Japan on Yamaha Serrows and told them about the Brugge Sidecar Rally in Belgium. By 1430pm l had my tent up & then invites to tea & wine!

Friday night was BELGIUM Band, so time to party (must remember to sleep sometime) Saturday morning the Belgium sun was still shinning on us EU sidecarrists. So time to see the many delights of Brugge.

Mick and Sue rock on with Roger and Chris in the backgound.

The Federation of Sidecar Clubs did great guns when it came to winning awards for being the OLDEST SIDECARRISTS (keeps you young riding a outfit). Sunday morning was a time to say "bye for now" and travel to the Mountains of Flanders.

Camping at Kemmell camping site, so chance to take a stroll up the mountain to http://www.webmatters.net/monuments/ww1_french_kemmel.htm Returning home for Monday evening.

Bye for now. Michael.

The Band of Feddies, good to see Pauline is out and about.
