Men in white suits, Area 51 no go zone.
At about 0900am (Saturday) l am taking a left turn onto junction 30/31 of the M25,just before the "Dartford" crossing (normally l go over the River Thames at this point to Dover & Europe) trying to find the "Diamond" at Cherrywood Scout Camp, Purfleet, Essex for http://www.londonsidecarclub.co.uk however l was first met by people in WHITE SUITS coping with BIOHAZARD was it the http://www.ambulancehart.org no; only 2 BEE KEEPER'S smoking out a swarm of bees that was invading the site marquee!
Once l had l had my tent up, l was able to relax weather forecast for the south east England was 30c (90f) even wearing my BMW airflow clothing for the ride down, keep cool Michael!
Also l was remembering my roots, because l was born in kent just across the "Thames" in Dartford, then brought NORTH in a dog basket/bottom draw because of the shortages of cots & prams
in my child hood, yes it was tough for us "Baby Bloomers"
Good to see many sidecarrists coming over from Belgium & Netherlands to this rally. Time to chat take a few photo's eat (strawberries & cream) & drink (red wine) or even play "Boules" on the green.

The Saturday evening proceedings was a barbecue then a outside concert by http://www.elvis777.com yes these EAST ENDERS are really Rock & Rolling/Jiving http://www.jiving.com on the grass at the Scout Camp.
Sunday morning time to leave my "roots" behind and ride north via the http://www.leevalleypark.org.uk
Bye for now from the "Smoke" Michael.
