Martyn and Lesley's outfits at the B&B

As the photos will show what went on at the rally Martyn has only put a few words together.

Lesley and I at the last minute booked a lovely B&B not far from the site the day before we planned to turn up at the Luctonions site for the Rally. We were met at the B&B by two Australian Huntaway Cattle dogs and a black Labrador. The Huntaway is a breed of dog that originated in the 1900's, they are used for herding. The B&B was an old farm house with bags of character, a polite way of saying the floors sloped and creeked and nothing was level, but the accommodation, food and host were top class.

On to the rally, everything fell into place although behind the scenes there was some panicking at times. The atmosphere just seems to get better each year, fantastic I say. The food was again very good and the facilities are excellent. It is an impossible task

It's that Bebo chap, sorry, Rebo.

The Meet and Greet party was a big success due to Denis (below) and all of his helpers.

Easy,  Easy,  Easy.

AHHHHHH, missed it

Do you think he will ever grow into those shoes!

Sorry a bit of a bum shot.

"Moan and Meet" at the Meet and Greet.

Neither are my favourite but with a bit of modifying and the right colour, this K1 and Saluki make a nice looking Outfit.

Childrens silly games.

The Culm Vale Clots

to single out any one event as a star item as all were superb. The live band again proved to be a good choice and provided an excellent night of entertainment. The Meet and Greet was run impeccably and everyone enjoyed the free wine and snacks, some were very happy indeed.

The run-out was well organised, as last year, by the Leominster Club, there was all the usual action on the field with Driving Test, etc,  along with Boules, Croquet and Silly games. The pub quiz was won by the Culm Vale Clots, reclaiming back their title from 2007.

The awards were presented on the Monday and the Wheels team did collect one or two this year, I leave you to peruse the photos, which were taken by me and Lesley.

There is at least room for two more.

This wing is liable to chuck bits at you while on the motorway. Well, making it lighter is one way of getting a bus to go faster.
